d_chParticipantHi,
I have the following issue on mobile version of my client’s website:
Even if the cart icon shows normally the number of products been added, when I click on it to see them on the right hidden sidebar, I get a blank field there.
At Never Cache Cookies field of WP Rocket plugin which I use, I have added “woocommerce_items_in_cart” and I have also enabled the option “Enable caching for mobile devices”.
The issue seems to take place only on the mobile. I have also tried to de-activate totally the WP-Rocket plugin but the issue still takes place. WP version is 6.3.2.
Waiting for your further advice on the above issue.
Kind Regards,
DimitrisAttachments:

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then Activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you. Also change the child theme to parent theme.
Otherwise, if the issue still exists then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and share the wp logins details of your site so i will further check on your site.
Best Regards.

d_chParticipantHi,
I tried to de-activate all the 3rd party plugins but the issue still takes place.
The shop didn’t have such a similar issue since the beginning of 2020 when my client began to work it.
Please check extra information to check it further from your side.
Thank you in advance.

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
You are using an old version of the theme. Update the new version of the theme “WOODMART WordPress NEW: 7.3.1 RELEASED” and update the required plugin and check the issue.
https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/update-the-theme/I await your response.
Best Regards.

d_chParticipantIs it possible to keep temporary the current version of the theme and have the fix from your side only for this issue (maybe as a patch)?
As I have 5.3.6 version and after 6.0.0 version of your theme I will have to review all my custom CSS and check all the used CSS classes.

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
Please take the complete backup of your site first then update the theme. I am sure you will not lose any thing or custom CSS code from the theme settings.
Best Regards.
