Woodsmart special stockstatus widget shows products even do…

    Hi,
    I have activated the Woodsmart special stockstatus widget:
    And only checked the box for Sale products.
    I have no products in the sale, so it should not show any products. But it does… it shows all the normal prices of products.
    See my image.|

    How can I/we fix this? So it shows only products in the sale and otherwise none.?

    Hello,

    There is an issue with the 3rd party plugins. Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then Activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.

    Otherwise, if the issue still exists then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and share the WP admin login details of your site so I will check and give you a possible solution.

    Hello,

    A deactivated all plugins but Woocommerce and Woodmart Core.
    If Woodmart Core is not activated, this feature will not be displayed.
    But the problem is still there. I have no products in the sale, so it should not show any products. But it does… it shows all the products with the normal prices.

    To log in, see the Extra information (visible to moderators only) section
    I have not deactivated all other plugins at the moment, because I am working on it.
    But you can when you have the time to check.
    The LiteSpeed Cache plugin must stay deactivated after you are done. All other plugins must be activated again.

    To fix this issue on your live website, you need to create a test product with a sale and check if it works. After this, you can delete this product completely and the issue should be fixed.
