    Hi there
    I have an issue with the checkout of my online shopping website and it does not work and customer cannot proceed with payment.
    I contacted you a week ago and asked me to send the error and I did however I have not received any support and response yet!!
    Would you please respond ASAP how can I fix this issue to let customer do the purchase or end of losing them all.

    I need urgent support please. I purchased support but no assistance received yet

    Hi Michelle,

    You should deactivate all plugins (except Required Plugins) and then reactivate them one by one. This makes it very easy to isolate the plugin causing problems.

    One of our customers faced this problem and it caused by conflict plugins. Let me know how it goes.

    Please send temporary wp-admin info (wp-admin URL, username, password) to Private Content area, I will check this problem for you.

    Would you mind if I deactivate extra plugins for testing? Please confirm me back.

    Hi Michelle,

    I switched to Default theme, used default Shipping method of WooCommerce (Free ship, Flat Rate) and the problem still occured.

    I also saw this error in Theme area https://prnt.sc/lfFwqbAKCxMJ This is also not related to our topic, because if it was related to our theme, it would have written “woodmart”

    If it doesn’t work with default theme, so it is non-related theme issues.
