Product categories widget order

Hello,
in my sidebare Shop page Widget Area, i have a product categories widget, but the categories are not well orderd,
in the option Sorted by, i choosed Ordre catégorie, but it look like ordered by number of products.
can you help me please to solve this problem ?

Please try changing the order of the categories in the backend by dragging and dropping from Products >> Categories.

I know that brother, and i asked you after doing all the possibilities, so, product categories are well ordered in my back-end but not on the front-end, in the front-end they are ordered by number of products, i want to order theme like the back-end.

Hello,
You have checked the option to show only children of the current category from appearance > Widgets that is why it shows the only children category. If you disable this option and you will see a category order as like in the backend.

you can verify in my dashboard to see the order wich is not the case in my front-end (sceen 2)

Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not?
