WP Bakery – JS Composer – Allowed Memory Size exhausted

    Hi,

    We are running a clean, empty Woodmart installation, no other plugins. As soon as we enable WP Bakery we get the error:

    `AH01071: Got error ‘PHP message: PHP Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 268435456 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 32768 bytes) in XXXX/public_html/wp-content/plugins/js_composer/include/templates/shortcodes/vc_column.php on line 1PHP message: PHP Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 268435456 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 69632 bytes) in XXXX//public_html/wp-includes/functions.php on line 5349PHP message: PHP Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 268435456 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 81920 bytes) in XXXX//public_html/wp-content/plugins/really-simple-ssl/class-mixed-content-fixer.php on line 168’

    We run it on PHP 7.4 or PHP 8.1, doesn’t matter. Even if we raise memory to 1G in wp-config.php or even in php.ini, same issue.

    We run another site on the same server which doesn’t have this issue. We reinstalled it twice and we installed the latest version of WP Bakery as well.

    Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.

    Please, disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us with your admin access. We will log in and check what is wrong there. You can leave only the following plugins that are required for our theme:
    WoodMart core
    WooCommerce
    Elementor/WPBakery page builder

    Please, keep all plugins that are not related to our theme temporarily turned off.

    They are all deactivated, please disable anything you like if needed, it is a development environment, not production.

    There is an infinite loop of menus in the header. You have a test1 menu which contains an HTML block with itself. Here is a screenshot https://gyazo.com/e434ec99a588efaa5e7f8c7fa9cfe153

    Can you please delete that block?

    You can either delete it from your menu via Appearance -> Menus or customize/delete it via Dashboard -> HTML Blocks.
