Add to cart button sometimes dosn’t show

Hi,
In my store,
Sometimes after I order a product then I try to order again, I can’t see the (Add to Cart) button.
Please see this video for what I mean.

If I go to inPrivate Browsing in Edge I can see the (Add To Cart) button.
Thats strange

I tested on Chrome https://prnt.sc/8VcLo4HGBO1q and in Incognite as well https://prnt.sc/tBowUNquK_Pb

Both are worked. Please double check.
