Hello,
We understand you have several products on your website that aren’t being indexed or showing up in the search results. If you haven’t yet, we recommend you submit your sitemap generated by Yoast SEO to Google Search Console (it should also include the product sitemap) – https://yoast.com/help/submit-sitemap-search-engines/
You’ll then be able to monitor the submitted URLs (including the WooCommerce product URLs) and Google Search Console should provide statuses or let you know if there’s any reason as to why some of the URLs aren’t being indexed or have been excluded – https://yoast.com/beginners-guide-to-google-search-console/#index-coverage & https://support.google.com/webmasters/answer/7440203/
You can use the bulk editor to bulk edit the SEO title and meta description for your products.

I have fixed the issue, when posting this we had already submitted the sitemap to Google.
The issue was a missing robots.txt file according to Google themselves. I’ve now added this and it seems to have helped the issue
