Error 503. Service Unavailable. Caused by Litespeed Cache woodmartDefault Plugin

I have discovered the culprit plugin (litespeed cache ) from your pre-built website (Main /Default).
On re-importing the theme, it came back by default.
Although the website is up, but I fear it may collapse again.
What should I do to get rid of the litespeed cache plugin?

In the WordPress dashboard, go to “Plugins” on the left sidebar.
Find the LiteSpeed Cache plugin in the list of installed plugins.
Click on “Deactivate” below the LiteSpeed Cache plugin name.
After deactivating the plugin, you’ll see an option to “Delete” it.
