Problem with adding category to product

Hello! I have a problem to add category to a product. Sometimes it works, sometimes not. On a video when it opened categories it didn’t show all subcategories. How to fix it?

Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not?

Navigate to Appearance -> Themes from your WordPress dashboard. Click on the Add New button at the top of the page.

Find the default storefront theme using the WordPress theme search option.

Hover over the chosen theme and select Install and activate.

After these manipulations it still not working

You have checked with the default theme and the issue still remains. It means it is not our theme issue.
