naldekhelParticipantHi there,
After the new update for wordpress, woocommerce, and woodmart. My customer has been facing an issue with adding products with multiple variations.
Even after you choose all the variables from the product, it still show the error message
“Please select some product options before adding this product to your cart.”
I have tried to disable ALL plugins except for woocommerce and woodmart core, still did not fix.
The only way to fix the issue is by changing the theme to default theme.Try this product to test:

Artem TemosKeymasterHello,
Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not?
Regards

Artem TemosKeymasterPlease, switch to the default theme so we can see how it works.
Thank you

naldekhelParticipantI already included wp-admin link in the post, you can switch it to test and then revert it back, as the website is live and I dont want to keep the default theme for long time.

Artem TemosKeymasterIn this case, you need to create a staging development copy of your website. There, you will be able to do such kind of experiments without any harm to your production website.
We need you to disable all plugins that are not related to our theme as well. Also, we see that you have disabled a lot of required JS libraries, please, return them back in Theme Settings -> Performance -> JS.Kind Regards

naldekhelParticipantYou may disable and switch themes as you wish, as well as plugins. I dont have enough space in my hosting plan to do a staging website.
Please go ahed and do your testing.
But please lets fix this ASAP.

Artem TemosKeymasterPlease, disable all plugins by yourself so we don’t break anything. I will be online for the next hour to do the check ASAP. Also, please, return all JS scripts.

naldekhelParticipantAll plugins has been disabled except for:
Woocommerce
Woodmart CoreNovember 22, 2023 at 6:29 pm #514687
Artem TemosKeymasterTry to edit your slugs for attribute terms. They have to be written in Latin symbols while their names can be in any language.

naldekhelParticipantOk, let me try
November 22, 2023 at 6:33 pm #514689
naldekhelParticipantIt seems it is working, but how come that only appears on your theme but not on the default?
November 22, 2023 at 6:44 pm #514693
Artem TemosKeymasterIt is a requirement for our swatches functionality. If you disable swatches and use WooCommerce dropdowns it will work as with the default theme.

naldekhelParticipantMy friend,
Now after translating all variable slugs, the swatches on the homepage only show 2-3 swatches, eventho the product has about 10-15. I check the theme setting “Theme setting >> shop >> variable products >> Attribute swatches” But the limit is 10.
Look at the attached images.

Artem TemosKeymasterYou need to resave the product after renaming attributes slugs. It will solve the problem.
November 23, 2023 at 1:49 pm #514918
naldekhelParticipantindeed it did fix it. However, there is still something weird I dont understand, some of the product photos still blurred and some SVG images are not loading even if I disable all plugins and cache, and I also cleared cloudflare cache.
I have even went on and regenerated all thumbnails, and it still not showing.

Artem TemosKeymasterOK, we are glad that you sorted it out. Would you mind creating a separate topic for the new issue? Thank you in advance.
