Thank you for your assistance; it was very helpful. Since your admin account was the only one besides our existing admin account, I created a new admin user. With this new admin user, there were no issues at all and everything worked smoothly. In an effort to understand why it didn’t work initially, I revisited the user settings to identify any differences. Our system utilizes Two-Factor Authentication through Wordfence. We had previously deactivated Wordfence for a separate troubleshooting issue, which may have led to a malfunction in the admin user settings. Once I reactivated Wordfence and reset the 2FA settings, the original admin user account also functioned correctly.

It was a challenging error to pinpoint, but we finally resolved it. I appreciate your time and effort in this matter.
