Header Logo not saving & Invalid response from the server on ajax

    Hi, hope you are good,
    I am having an issue where, I installed the theme on my main domain, and i could not be able to edit the theme’s logo,
    whenever i click save, it loads forever,
    Now, i saw another new message saying “Invalid response from the server. Check your AJAX request.”.

    I have deactivated the theme from my main domain and registered on the subdomain, however the same issues arise,
    what can I do? kindly help me.

    Hello,

    It is an issue with third party plugins. Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then Activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.

    Otherwise, if the issue still exists then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and let me know I will check and give you a possible solution.

    Unfortunately, I have deactivated the plugins, and the issue has persisted.
    I cannot be able to do modifications.

    Kindly help me.
    Or at least pinpoint what might be the issue, my client is really displeased, and i can’t do anything about it.

    Hello,

    This issue is connected to the server response time parameter in your web server configuration. You can check the current value for this parameter in your Dashboard -> WooCommerce -> System status. you will need to contact your server providers and ask to increase this limit.

    Kindly let me know what the desired response time is you want me to set,
    at the moment it is set to 200
