    Hi,
After several updates from the Woodmart theme looks like wegot an issue…

    Example:
I am adding to the cart 1 item -> https://ibb.co/j3GJ6vQ
going to the cart -> and drying to change quantity -> https://ibb.co/JQMVGZ9
everything look OK, BUT once I go now to the purchase page, I am getting again quantity = 1. But it does not happen always, just once per time… I dont know why.
Is it possible some how you to check it without turing off plugins (we did not install or add any new plugins, so there should not be any issue with them)?
Myay be its posisble to force update quantity in the purchase page as well, to be sure its equal?

    Thanks!

    Hello,

Please check how it works with the default WordPress theme and Woocommerce Storefront theme just to check whether the issue is with our theme or not. Also, please check the site with our theme but only with the theme default plugins activate, and deactivate all the 3rd party plugins from the site.

If it works fine with the default WordPress theme then let me know I will check and give you a possible solution.

    Best Regards

I think with defauld theme it works. (Maybe needs more testing but on firs view looks like it works there…)

    Hello,

Please, confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, and switching to the parent/default theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable it all back, however, You would better make the full backup of your site.

Looking forward to hearing back from you!

    Best Regards.

    Hello,

Your issue has been resolved. I have deactivated the plugin not related to the theme and checked the issue. It is fine. Reactivate the plugins one by one to check which one causes the issue.

    Best Regards.

Isn’t it possible to get some solution from you? Maybe somehow to push or force change product quantity in the cart?

    Hello,

No, it was a third plugin issue on your site. Please reactivate the plugins one by one to check which one causes the issue.

Sorry, this is not possible as you mentioned. It requires customization and beyond our support policy.

    Best Regards.
