The ‘read more’ function in category descriptions is not working.

While creating a category description, unfortunately, the ‘read more’ option does not work. Could you please inform me if there is any error, or how this can be done? Generally, I want to hide part of the category descriptions to make the page more transparent.

I suggest you create an HTML Block in which you can create a description with our “Read more” functionality: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/read-more-button-for-text-or-section-row/ , then define that block as a description of the category.
