Subtotal and Quantity not updating in minicart widget

The issue with price not updating when you select the variations.. and with the increase/decrease quantity as well. See that attached video, initially the Avocado qty was 2 and on that page I increased it to 4 and waited few secs to allow it to update properly.. when I checked view cart page it still shows Avocado qty as 2 only.
And the subtotal amount on the bottom doesn’t update:

WooCommerce

Hi – I did disable and the issue is still there.
As we can see, all plugins are still turned on. Please, disable them and switch to the parent theme temporarily.
We turned them back on as we were developing the website.
You can disable them when you log in. Please feel free.
Please, disable them so we don’t break anything. I will be online for the next 3-4 hours and will be able to check it quickly.
