    Estimados,

    1. Según la imagen 1, adjuntada. De qué manera puedo ver al mismo tiempo los 3 productos que he seleccionado para comparar. Actualmente sólo puedo comparar 2 productos.

    2. Según la imagen 2, adjuntada. Como puedo fijar la fila donde aparece el nombre del producto. Lo digo porque a medida que uno baja de filas, luego uno se olvida del producto con mejores características (ver imagen 3).

    ya agregué la información en el apartado: Extra information (visible to moderators only). Pero no sé si se envió de manera correcta. Ya que no tengo ninguna información al respecto.

    You can select the available field from theme settings >> Shop >> Compare >> Select fields for compare table option.

    Muchas gracias, ya puedo comparar más de 2 productos.
    Sin embargo, sigo teniendo problemas con los módulos:

    – Comparar: cuando ingreso en https://celularesenventa.cl/compare/
    luego de borrar los productos agregados. Estos mismos productos se mantienen pegados para siempre. No hay forma de eliminarlos.

    – WishList: cuando ingreso en https://celularesenventa.cl/wishlist/
    luego de borrar los productos agregados. Estos mismos productos se mantienen pegados para siempre. No hay forma de eliminarlos.

    En otras ocasiones ocurre lo que muestro en el siguiente video:

    Hello,

    Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then Activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.

    Otherwise, if the issue still exists then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and let me know I will check and give you a possible solution.

    Please confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, and switch to the parent theme. As soon as we complete the testing of this plugin we will enable it all back, You would better make the full backup of your site.

    Ya resolví el problema. Finalmente es el plugin “LiteSpeed Cache” el cual no es compatible con el tema WoodMart.
    Actualmente utilizo el plugin WP Rocket. Y el problema no se presenta.
