    There might be some different reasons behind your issue. I would like to suggest troubleshooting the following common issue to help us recognize the reason:

    1. Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront

    2. Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce 3. Repeat the action that is causing the problem

    Hello,

    Please make a full backup of your site and check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not?
