    Hello, I’m trying to insert an icon before the text (https://prnt.sc/TYMSX80Dx14e) as the client wants and I’m not succeeding

    he wants: https://prnt.sc/C5wCVjBlSPiq (but I want to use it as an icon to look like the color/hover text) and not an image like the example he sent there..

    Well, I’ve already done this but it doesn’t work, it doesn’t appear… I could record a proper video showing why I’ve tried several times and it doesn’t work…

    Unfortunately this would not be possible, why would this be relevant?

    Would there be a way to solve it without doing this?

    Hello,

    I apologize for the delay.

    After checking the issue more clearly, I found that you show the menu items via the default element which does not support showing the icons so please use our “WOODMART Sidebar Mega Menu” widget which supports our functionalities. https://take.ms/N9iKU

    Also, I suggest you upload these icons manually from your media: https://take.ms/n2zhT , because that feature related to show icons from Font Awesome will be deprecated in the next update.

    It even worked, but I wanted to leave it the same as it was (standard like the others, and there’s no way, the 3 options you have make it different)

    Hello,

    Set the “Simple” design, it’s more similar to the default menu (https://take.ms/CXxDt) and recheck the menu.

    Unfortunately, only that widget supports the image functionality.
