Image size in product grid and in product details

Hello there,
I have imported some products from a new manufacturer and the images are bigger than the ones that i have already in my store.
The impact from this is that in product grid they appear really HUGE and in product details also appear HUGE. See the screenshots below to understand what i mean.
How can i fix that without having me replacing all the images?

Hello,
Your images differ in size considerably. You need to upload images of the same size.
