    Hello,

    1. I see that deleting of the section is not working in the Elementor itself. Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not?

    2. Please confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, and switch to the parent theme. As soon as we complete the testing of this plugin we will enable it all back, You would better make the full backup of your site.

    Kind Regards

    Hello again,

I can’ t switch to another theme the site is live. Can’t you just delete the section from source code file or something?

    Hello,

The thing is that the functionality of removing the section is related to Elementor itself so our theme cannot influent it.

In this case, I suggest you clone your website and move it to the staging platform so we can investigate the issue there.

    Hello,

    1. May I request you create a new page and move all content and remove the current page? Because when adding a new container with the popup element and deleting it, this problem does not exist.

    2. Could you please update the theme to the latest version and recheck the issue?

    Kind Regards

Also another question. How can I set a different view(project or html block) to a submenu only for mobile?
I mean that I need to have a view at screens and a different one for mobile to a specific project.

    Hello,

About the menu, I suggested first updating the theme and rechecking it.

As for the menu, you can create a separate menu for mobile and define there other HTML Blocks:

Let me know if you have any questions.
