No products in cart.

    A customer wanted to buy a product but could not proceed further.
    Below is what happens.

    Once a product has been selected, it will appear in the shopping cart.

    When I click on the shopping cart, I see the products.

    If I then click on a product in the shopping cart, I go back to the product.

    When I then click on the shopping cart again, it is empty and I cannot continue.

    Hello,

    Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not?

    Hi,
    I don’t have this site in a test environment.
    Hard to test with your production site.
    Especially when clients ordering products.

    Other solutions?

    In this case, you need to create a staging development copy of your website. There, you will be able to do such kind of experiments without any harm to your production website.

    Hi,

    I did a major update of the WoodMart Theme.
    Most things are working properly.

    But I’m missing one thing now.
    Now when I want to add an element in the visual editor, I don’t see any theme elements.
    See the enclosed picture.

    Is there an option to switch it on?

    Please, update the WoodMart core plugin to the latest version too. You can do this in Dashboard -> WoodMart -> Plugins.
