prebuilt import is stuck on

    Hi,

    When i try to import prebuilt site it stuck on %15.

    Error: The import could not be completed due to a low timeout limit on the server. You need to contact your hosting provider and ask them to increase it to 300 seconds.

    Php version 7.4

    memory_limit = 128M

    Hello,

    Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.

    We checked your website but noticed that your backend is very slow. We don’t know what is the reason for that slowness but maybe something with your hosting provider. And due to this, import needs more time to complete. The current timeout limit is not enough.
