No more images from the media library can be inserted

    Hi.

    I hope I can find help here. Since today I have the following problem.

    I can no longer add images from the Media Library, for example. I can upload new ones. But existing ones are no longer displayed in the editor.

    The images that have already been uploaded and integrated are all still there and are also displayed in the frontend. The authorization of the upload folder is set to 755.

    In the first screenshot I would like to show what it looks like when I want to use an image from the library. All previously uploaded images are not displayed.

    I have not installed any new plugins or anything. The entire configuration has remained the same. When building a website, the problem suddenly appeared.

    I need support. Many thanks in advance.

    Thanks for reaching to us.

    I kindly request you to conduct a check by activating the default WordPress Theme, such as Storefront or Twenty Twenty-Three (Appearance > Themes) and keep WoodMart Core and Elementor or WPBakery plugins activated. This is to ascertain whether the issue you are experiencing is due to our theme or not.

    If the problem persists even with the default WordPress theme, it would suggest that WoodMart theme is not the cause of the issues.

    Hello.

    I would like to submit a message. I have deactivated all plugins. Then the problem was gone.

    Then I activated the plugins one by one. The problem then appeared after activating the “PolyLang” plugin. Why – no idea. I uninstalled the plugin and reinstalled it (it was also the same version number). However, the problem no longer occurred. No idea. Reinstalling the plugin solved the problem.
