First case: Being in the default language on a category page and changing the new language opens the main page directly in the new translation, but not the original category in the new language.

Please check how it works with the default WordPress theme and Woocommerce Storefront theme just to check whether the issue is with our theme or not. Also, please check the site with our theme but only with the theme default plugins activate, and deactivate all the 3rd party plugins from the site.
If it works fine with the default WordPress theme then provide the admin panel login details of the website to check it myself and help you out accordingly.

There is no issue with the theme or theme settings. The issue is from the Polylang plugin settings. Please ask the plugin author support to check and solve the issue for you.

kidstoriesmdParticipantIt solved some things with the banner (only the banner, the rest not yet..) but already another type of problem that consists in the empty space between the banner and the header and even to all banners are the round corners

kidstoriesmdParticipantI fixed some things with the banner, but it still works slower and I had to set it up again and it lost the pop-up animation before the full banner appeared and the header banner scrolled down a bit for the appearance of the other header banner (promo), please bring the site back to normal, these problems occurred after your login.

I did not do any thing to your site, I have just checked the plugin and plugin’s settings nothing else. That is why I told you that this issue is related to the Polylang plugin not the theme or theme settings. Also, I did not change any thing in the theme settings.
If you have backup, you can run the backup of the site.
