Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not?

Could you please record a video of how you perform the test and send us access to your server where can monitor CPU load in real-time? We will do the same test on both themes and see what is different.

As for the CSS files, they come from installed plugins and there are only a few that come with WoodMart. Also, number of CSS files don’t influence CPU at all.

yes you can access our entire ftp then to get the error log you can go the following way:
stack-apache-logs-and then the filename error_log
Could you please send us an exact path on your server to the log file and WordPress installation folder?
