spyda67ParticipantHello,
I’m having issues with the HTML blocks. When I navigate to a category page through a link or the menu, the HTML blocks are displayed incorrectly. Some elements are missing, and the spacing is also incorrect. However, when I select another category in the filters through the category navigation on the category page, everything loads correctly.I’ve tested it on various browsers and devices, and it doesn’t seem to be a cache issue. I have no idea what the problem could be.

Hung PhamParticipantHi spyda67,
Thanks for details.
Add below Custom CSS code to Theme Settings > Custom CSS > Global custom CSS
.tax-product_cat .term-description h1, .tax-product_cat .term-description h2{ margin-bottom: 0; }Regards,

spyda67ParticipantThank you, this helps with the headings in the first HTML block, but it hasn’t solved the problem across the entire page. The image gallery in the first HTML block is still displayed incorrectly, as are the headings in the HTML block below the products. Also, the separators in both HTML blocks are not displayed.

Hung PhamParticipantHi spyda67,
You should clear all browser cache, deactivate all plugins (except Required Plugins) and then reactivate them one by one. This makes it very easy to isolate the plugin causing problems.

spyda67ParticipantThanks,
It looks like the Rank Math SEO plugin is causing the problems. Any idea?December 15, 2023 at 8:55 am #521837
Hung PhamParticipantHi spyda67,
You can go through plugin and check each options to find which one caused the problems or reaching to author plugin for more details.

spyda67ParticipantIt has been identified that the issue is associated with specific settings in Elementor, specifically ‘Enhanced Loading of CSS’ and ‘Enhanced Loading of Assets’. Activating these settings appears to have caused the observed problem.
Thanks for your help!
