Hello,
The lazy loading from the theme is disabled and from the WP Rocket it’s disabled as well, so the issue could be in the lazy loading that comes from the third-party plugins.
So please leave only the following plugins that are required for our theme:
WoodMart core
WooCommerce
Elementor/WPBakery page builder
Then check the issue with the thumbnails. If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.
