    I just want to change the icon color on the menu from blue to red #e62a3f

    This is image not icon so you can’t change via settings, you need to replace with your own icons https://prnt.sc/VTQeykrXy8fi.

    Navigate to Appearance > Menus > Select menu and replace image via Image settings https://prnt.sc/wi9e8NV_4bv5
