    Hello,
How do additional Wishlist emails work?
I searched the documentation but found nothing.

Inside woocommerce I see some new emails for Wishlist.

The email: Wishlist “Promotional” has some HTML code inside that I modified.
The other emails do not have any layout that contains HTML spaces:
    Wishlist “Back in stock”
    Wishlist “On sale item” email

Can you explain how it works for these emails without layout?
    Thank you

    Hello,

These emails have default layouts that come from woodmart/woocommerce/emails/ so make sure that the path is available in your theme. Otherwise, send me access to the admin dashboard so I can check the settings of your website.

    Kind Regards

    Hello Luke,
yes it is clear like the other emails.
But in the other woocommerce emails it is shown, in these instead it indicates unavailable.
I attach the accesses to the Test site.

    Thank you

    Hello,

    Sorry for the delay.

Could you please update the theme to the latest version so in that way those files can be uploaded?

Looking forward to hearing back from you!

    Kind Regards

    Hello,
I don’t see any updates available.
The theme is updated, not even Patcher are present.

    Hello,

It’s because the theme is not activated, you need to activate it and then you will see available updates. For now, you have the 7.3.2 version: https://take.ms/XKzJA , but the newest 7.3.4 is available: https://take.ms/B9MWF

    Kind Regards

    Hello,
ok, now I’ll check, it’s installed on test sites for the moment, which is why I haven’t activated it. But I have a couple of them active, but I don’t see them.
In fact, I have various licenses, but in the “my account” interface of your site I only see 3 of them and they do not show the domains for which they were activated.
How can I check which one has already been registered, and how can I deactivate it on any test sites where it is active?
    Thank you

    Hello,

You have only 1 domain activated: https://prnt.sc/Z_6nh3JehG4r . So you need just to put this purchase code: https://prnt.sc/RPOiK7vSK29R in WoodMart -> Theme licence and then the theme will be activated.

    Hello Luke,
I updated the theme to the latest version on the live site.
The Wishlist email settings have the same problem, a message reports that the html template file was not found.
As shown in my first message.
Please can check with the team and resolve it.

    Thank you

    Hello,
I can’t send you the live site logins.
I have created a test site for you, you have the logins here.
Even if it is not updated to the latest version, I assure you that the same thing happens, from all theme updates.
I also did some clean installs locally with the theme to test, and it’s the same here.
I’m sure you can encounter this in your installations too.

    Thank you

    Hello,

Updated the theme on the staging site and inwoodmart/woocommerce/emails/ those layouts files persist: https://take.ms/RUil1

    Video: https://take.ms/DKmsT

When you enable the child theme, those paths could lost and it’s ok. You just need to copy them in the child theme woocommerce/emails/ and that is all.

    Kind Regards

    Hello,
ok got it solved! you could have told me before 😀

Just a doubt because “Wishlist “Promotional” email”
has the HTML fields at the bottom for writing, but the two emails “Wishlist “On sale item” email” and “Wishlist “Back in stock” email” have nothing?

    Thank you

    Hello,

Because the “Wishlist Promotional email” is designed in such a way, it doesn’t have a manually defined structure in the woocommerce/emails/promotional.php (https://take.ms/lOrrz) so it comes from WooCommerce -> Settings -> Emails. The other 2 emails have a structure https://take.ms/8lR1I in the files themselves.

    Kind Regards
