Unable to add images to gallery

Unable to add images to gallery as vendor who signed up, Dokan says it’s a woodmart theme issue. Please advice.

Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.
Please, disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us with your admin access. We will log in and check what is wrong there. You can leave only the following plugins that are required for our theme:
WoodMart core
WooCommerce
Elementor/WPBakery page builder

I have previously uninstalled plugins except for the theme and elementor and it still had those issues. But I’ve previously used dokan + woodmart earlier this year.
Please, send us a vendor account so we can test it. Also, check how it works with the default theme to see if it is our theme’s issue or not.

This problem appeared because the “Inline Font Icons” option is enabled by default in the settings of the Elementor:

So we suggest you disable this option and recheck the issue. I general, we will resolve this issue in the upcoming update.
