I can’t import sample theme

Hi,
I can’t import theme. I received the message
“The import could not be completed due to a low timeout limit on the server. You need to contact your hosting provider and ask them to increase it to 300 seconds”. I contacted the hosting provider, and they followed the instructions, but couldn’t import. Please help me check
