How will WP Rocket Heartbeat settings affect my website?

Hi,
As per stated in the title above, may I know what might happen to my site if I use the setting below (using WP Rocket):

Reduce Activity -Behavior in backend
Reduce Activity -Behavior in post editor
Disable -Behavior in frontend

The reason why I used the above setting was because my website have a high initial server response time (tested with pagespeed insight). I tried reaching out my hosting provider and they advised me to disable the heartbeat API to improve my website’s speed index. The above setting works but I’m a bit worried if something else might not work after further development of my website. My plan was to use Woodmart as my theme and plugins as per below:
-Woocommerce
-Elementor
-SEO plugin
-WP Rocket
-Payment Gateway plugin
