request: switch parent theme to child

Hello there,
I need your help please. Something went wrong, a blunder has committed.
I didn’t realize that all recently changes were made on the parent theme, because I didn’t know when had it switched to the parent theme, we did only replace the prebuilt website template a month ago.
So now what to do to copy or move all changes to the child theme please?

Thanks for your reply! well, many changes I did in the parent theme recently, I have started to edit my website since 15/10/2023, adding short code,modifying pages and adding some codes in are included, so can you move them all to the child theme please? or you can get started only if must I specify every part of all changes?
