    Unable to select single product layout…. Need solution

    Hello,

    Please, disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us with your admin access. We will log in and check what is wrong there. You can leave only the following plugins that are required for our theme:
    WoodMart core
    WooCommerce
    Elementor/WPBakery page builder

    I haven’t install anything after the theme…. You can also check putting credentials in moderator section…. Also look my logo issue… I have updated the logo though header builder… Still its not showing in inner pages navigation bar….. only visible in hompage

    Try to create a test product first. Then select it in Theme Settings -> Single product -> Select preview product for builder. It should solve the problem. Let us know if it works.

    Hello,

    Try to publish a product first. Make sure that it is not “Draft”.

    its done… Now the product is live…. How can i select the specific product page design…. its showing the product page in Theme Settings -> Single product -> Select preview product..

    Hello,

    Now you can create and edit custom product page layouts in Dashboard -> WoodMart -> Layouts. We have created one for the test. Please, check from your end and let us know if it works.

    It is showing here in layout “Active”….. Still not select the any other template according to the need…. Please resolve this ASAP

    Strange, but it works on our end. Please, specify the layout you want to use and we will create it for you. Then you will be able to customize it to your needs.

    This is not the way to deal with a situation…… What if i want to change the layout after the 6 months or after my support subscription will get expired…. This is how you resolve the issue

    As we can see from the video, you can select a layout. But you don’t click on the button to create a layout. Could you please try this?

    I am clicking on that button….. How can i explain this ? What if i delete this layout…. Or select with new one ?
