yatdimitParticipantHello,
I have purchased a plugin, but there is a compatibility issue with this theme. Meanwhile, I have set up a local environment to identify the error’s cause. In the file debug.log, I found the following error: [22-Dec-2023 07:03:46 UTC] PHP Notice: Undefined index: width in /www/wwwroot/wp-content/themes/woodmart/inc/integrations/otf-regenerate-thumbnails.php on line 69.
I’m not sure if this error is causing compatibility issues with the plugin, as I didn’t encounter any compatibility problems when using other themes.

Artem TemosKeymasterHello,
Please, disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us with your admin and FTP access. We will log in and check what is wrong there. You can leave only the following plugins that are required for our theme:
WoodMart core
WooCommerce
Elementor/WPBakery page builderThank you in advance

yatdimitParticipantHello,
There were no errors in the debug.log file in the production environment. However, I still encounter compatibility issues between the plugin I purchased and this theme.
I discovered this issue when using the third-party plugin in a new testing environment. I reached out to the plugin’s author, and after lengthy discussions, we found out it is incompatible with the WoodMart theme. They suggested that I contact you for modifications.
I really hope to resolve this problem but haven’t been able to do so at the moment.

Artem TemosKeymasterHi,
Please, describe to us your problems in a bit more detail. Attach some screenshots and provide us with a list of steps on how to reproduce them on your website.
Thank you in advance.

yatdimitParticipantThis is the video demonstrating the compatibility issue:https://www.loom.com/share/3cb07c08590c47b090f1028fa115d16d
When I click the “add to quote” button, it automatically adds to the shopping cart instead of the quote list. However, it works correctly when I disable the cart display.
I tested the plugin with other themes, and it functions properly. Therefore, I contacted the plugin author, and they suggested that I should reach out to the theme author for modifications.

yatdimitParticipantThe debug.log file issue I mentioned earlier was discovered in my local testing environment, so I cannot provide FTP access. The debug.log file has not appeared in the website in use. However, the issue still persists.

Artem TemosKeymasterHello,
As we didn’t declare full compatibility with this particular plugin it may conflict with our theme. But we can try to find a workaround for your website. To do this, we need your admin and FTP access. Otherwise, we will not be able to help you.
Kind Regards

yatdimitParticipantIn addition to keeping these three plugins—WoodMart Core, WooCommerce, and Elementor/WPBakery Page Builder—do I need to activate the plugins I purchased?
December 26, 2023 at 4:05 pm #524657
Artem TemosKeymasterYou can activate the plugin that you have an issue with only. And keep theme-related plugins of course.

yatdimitParticipantAlright, these are the account and password.

Artem TemosKeymasterHello,
We just tested this on your website and it works correctly for us. Please, check from your end https://gyazo.com/96f2447c0416cc4254cbc5b4c872c402
Kind Regards

yatdimitParticipantThe issue is with the products on the homepage. Clicking “add to quote” reveals the malfunction, just as shown in the video I shared with you earlier.

Artem TemosKeymasterWe tested this with the default theme on the home page and it doesn’t work either. It means that the issue is caused by the plugin itself
December 27, 2023 at 11:42 am #524832
yatdimitParticipantSo, does this issue mean it can’t be resolved? The plugin author says to contact you, and you say it’s a plugin issue.
December 27, 2023 at 11:44 am #524836
Artem TemosKeymasterBut it doesn’t work with other themes. You can check it by yourself and see that it has no relation to the theme at all.

yatdimitParticipantOkay, thank you for your help.

yatdimitParticipantThis theme does not cause any malfunctions:

I don’t know who to contact anymore; it feels like this issue will persist.

Artem TemosKeymasterPlease, check how it works with the default WordPress on the website you sent previously. We already tested this and noticed that the plugin doesn’t work as you described initially.
