how to create row in wpbakery like demo electronics ?

Hi,
on this demo https://woodmart.xtemos.com/demo-electronics/demo/electronics/
the homepage has the opened category menu , I set up a stage site and looked into the wpbakery page builder , it shows custom row , as screenshot
where I did exact setting on my site based on https://woodmart.xtemos.com/demo-fashion/demo/fashion/
but I can not retain the white space for the opened category menu
what am I missing in wpbakery setting for this ?

Navigate to WoodMart > Header Builder > Edit Current Header > Incorporate the Categories dropdown element into the Header:

but how to create the column like my first screenshot that has 1/4 + 3/4 section
Hello,
Click on the + icon to add a new element:
Click on “Row“.
Next, choose your column layout, e.g. half and half, or two thirds and one third, etc:
