    When you scroll down the page and then go up, the top of the page is not visible.
    first picture is if you open page first, second picture is if you go to page down then go up

    Hello,

    Try to disable all plugins except these ones:

    Elementor or WPBackary
    Woodmart Core
    WooCommerce
    Enable the Parent theme

    If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.
