Where do I set the order in which products are displayed on the product listing page (product category)?

Hi yk5882228,

Thanks for reaching to us.

1. Go to Appearance > Customize > WooCommerce > Product Catalog > set the default product sorting.

2. Try to use a Custom Layout for Product categories archive pages https://prnt.sc/E3IIbxBZn8_R and add the `
Products (grid or carousel) widgets in the page builder and you can use Orderby option https://prnt.sc/-pZtqrsevro4
