price filter not visible

    Hi support
    for some reason the price filter is not displayed between the filters available in the shop page.
    Look at the image “widget”, that proves that i added both price widgets (for testing purposes) and the “shop” image without the price filters.
    why?

    Hello,

    Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not?

    neither storefront nor twentytwenty display the element in the page, so I cannot give you a feedback

    Do you mean that WooCommerce price filter doesn’t work on other themes as well? In this case, this issue is related to the plugin and not to the theme.

    no, I’m saying the the 2020 theme does not display neither the widget, so I can’t reply you.

    You can add price filter widget with the default theme as well. Or try to use WooCommerce Storefront theme for tests.

    Yes, and it means that this widget doesn’t work at all. It is a WooCommerce widget and our theme doesn’t influence it.
