    Hello,

In most cases, this issue may be connected to the PHP max input vars limit parameter in your web server configuration. You can check the current value for this parameter in your Dashboard -> WooCommerce -> System status.

Usually, this parameter is not allowed to be changed on shared hostings so you will need to contact your host providers and ask to increase this limit. The recommended value for this is 5000.

Also please make sure mod_security has been disabled. Please contact us if the problem persists.

    Best Regards.

Hi, Ruling out that it is not because of the PHP Max Input Vars value and ModSecurity. Could you give me a list of possible solutions to try all possible methods if the problem still persists?

Attached a screenshot of the value Max input vars set in my php.ini configuration

    Hello,

I confirm that the issue is because of the mod_security, please disable it from the server or Cpanel. I am not able to find the mod_security option from the cpanel, please ask the hosting provider support and ask them to disable the mod_security option then check back the site’s theme settings.

    Best Regards.
