Can’t able to activate my membership option in wordpress

    When I click on enable and save settings its not enabling, I have tried all possible stuff I don’t know what the issue here, please help me with this.

    No, but the above link is telling me to install new plugins and what I have installed which was recommended by woodmart them. Now the issue is when I go to (Dashboard > Setting > General > Membership) and I enable it by ticking it and then save changes it again remain unticked. Please help me with this only, the above link is giving totally different plugins and making me more confused, although my issue is not getting solved as per there instructions too there 1st step is also to enabling the membership option and my issue is it’s not enabling when I save the changes it again and again remain un marked.

    I have only installed all the plugins that woodmart theme recommended. I want to enable membership option (anyone can register as customer) when I tick that box and save changes the page loads and it remain un-ticked so I am facing issue in enabling (Dashboard > Setting > General > Membership option)

    The purpose is to enable the membership option as customers so that no one can login in as admin in any of the case or scenario, other than me and my developers.

    Please help me with this I have share all the details on above conversation also please go through my old message too.

    Hello,

    Log in to your WordPress site and navigate to Settings > General in your dashboard. Scroll down until you see the option that reads Membership. Tick the Anyone can register box.

    Once you enable registration for your WordPress site, you’ll need to provide visitors with a link to the signup page. You can find this page by navigating to the following URL:

    yourwebsite.com/wp-login.php?action=register

    You have multiple options for adding this link to your website. Create a custom link menu item from Appearance > Men and use this link.

    Dear but when I Tick the Anyone can register box. And save the changes and as my page reloads it again remain un-ticked, and that’s my issue at the first place only that I have tried all possible ways but my membership option it remain un-ticked when I save my page its not enabling.

    What to do dear….?

    Hello,

    Please make a full backup of your site and check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not?
