The buttons disappeared and the background is not there. I compared it with your demo and it looks way different.

1. The background you have set for all pages in Theme Settings -> Styles and colors -> Pages background: https://prnt.sc/AxF-hY3o6FhV
As a result, it shows for those pages as well because you set it for all pages.
2. Set another color for the buttons: https://prnt.sc/VIhL7uobQ6o- so they stood out
3. You use Gutenberg for those pages, on our demo we use either the default WooCommerce template or template from our Layout builder (Dashboard -> Layouts)

There is no required or recommended image size for product or other purposes. The image should be big enough to have a nice view. Just for information we provide images sizes applied in our demo.
Product main image: width: 800px; height: 1200px
Blog post: width: 1024px; height: 720px
Page title background: 1200px; height: 400px

Why the checkout fields don´t change. Used Checkout Field Editor and they not change.

Our Checkout manager is available from the 7.4 version. In your case, you use the 7.3 version of the theme. If you mean the 3rd party plugin (Checkout Field Editor), then check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand if is it our theme issue or not.
