Woodmart Core won’t update

    We have Woodmart Core version 1.0.28 installed. When trying to update it to the latest version, it acts as if it’s updated but then it’s still running 1.0.28 in the plugin list afterwards. Is there some other way to update it?

    Hello,

    Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.

    Please, disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us with your admin access. We will log in and check what is wrong there.

    Hello Artem.

    Thank you for replying to our ticket. We are rather uncomfortable giving someone we don’t know admin access to our webstore. Also, if I disable all other plugins, it will cripple our webstore. Could we first try manually updating the plugin with a .zip file?

    Hello,

    Sure, you can try to update it manually. Find the plugin archive in the folder woodmart/inc/plugins/.

    Found the zip files in the theme’s plugins folder. Manually updated Woodmart Core, WPBakery Builder and Slider Revolution. It worked.
