Problem with a third plugin

Hi, I´m working in my online store, and I installed the plugin https://es.wordpress.org/plugins/side-cart-woocommerce/ to personalize the floating cart.
the preview of the cart is perfect, but when I see on the real site it´s look like I didn´t make any change.
And, I have this message: Actual website view might look different from the setting view due to theme styling.
Is there maybe any conflict with the theme and this plugin?

Please use our theme Shopping cart widget. Navigate to Theme Settings > Theme Settings > Shop > Shopping cart widget > Action after add to cart and select the display widget:

Good morning and thanks for your reply.
At the begining of the project I had the cart widget of the theme, but my client want a customization of this widget that I can´t do it with the theme cart widget, and for that reason I installed this plugin, but it seems that there is a conflict between the theme and the plugin.
Is there any solution for this?

Hello,
I suggest you use our theme feature and configure the shopping cart widget option from Theme Settings > Shop. If you want to use a third party plugin make sure that our theme shopping cart Widget “Action after add to cart ” is none.
Actually your mentioned concern is related to a third party plugin, because according to the Envato Policy, we don’t provide Support for the third-party Plugin issues.
