after update carousels (banner, product, brand all of them) broken

    they are not working properly even on web version of website. They are too bad at mobile versions.
    this happened after update.
    i have tried with your standart carousel templates, also they are broken. images getting to big on mobile version. also splits an image to 3 part, and while using carousel it navigates between these 1/3 part of huge image.

    this problem is on all carousels.
    banner carousels, product carousels and brand carousels

    another problem is, they seems ok while preview on editing home page. but when you update your homepage, clear cache and check it a on a new incognito tab, you can see it as broken.

    Hello,

    Please, disable all plugins that are not related to our theme. We will log in and check what is wrong there. You can leave only the following plugins that are required for our theme:
    WoodMart core
    WooCommerce
    Elementor/WPBakery page builder

    I have critical plugins like Dokan, which make website multivendor. I cannot disable them. Site is live, orders are coming, this may crush total system so please login and checkit by yourself. I have already writen password on earlier message

    In this case, you need to create a staging development copy of your website. There, you will be able to do such kind of experiments without any harm to your production website.

    It looks like there is a PHP error on your website. You need to check your server error logs to see what is this error caused by.

    Dokan and Dokan Pro cannot be deactivated because it causes fatal error. i told it before.
    only these two is activated, extra you requested.

    new version conflicts with litespeed cache plugin.
    i am usinging caching properties of litespeed server and litespeed plugin.

    in new version, what changed related with caching?

    Try to disable lazy loading that comes with this plugin and use our theme’s lazy loading option instead.

    the thing which i don’t understand is, why this only happening carousels?
    sorry but i really need to use litespeed. your update made my day very bad.

    sir, i have used a new brower which not used before, brand new browser, and it is same.
    i requested from my friend to test it, it same, totally broken on mobile! i cannot understand why you don’t see it.
    OMG it is crazy, brain burner.
    can you explain why it is seen different in our laptops and mobile phone?!!

    evet litespeed have clear cache option, when i clear it, it will be cleared globally. it should be same for you and for me!
