fusion01wpParticipantHi, if I change the height option to a fixed pixel value it is not honoured on the front-end but uses some other value that is tiny creating a landscape thumbnail instead of portrait. View ‘scr.png’. Please test on your end.
Note also the thumbnails have changed and are now too large in height and cropping off on the sides. Woodmart never used to do this, it’s a theme update that’s messed this up – view ‘thumbs.png’.

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
In this case, is there any chance that you could give me access to the dashboard area so I can have a look at the settings on your website, please?
Thank you in advance.
Kind Regards

fusion01wpParticipantPlease note I have reverted to default on that height value as it was making the thumbnails appear very wrong indeed. I’ve disabled Cloudflare so you should be able to test.

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
I apologize for the delay.
It seems that the access is invalid, could you please check it on your side?

fusion01wpParticipantRight you are – most odd. Tested and works 100% now.

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
In general, the “Thumbnails gallery height” option works, you just need to clear the cache after changes to see it. But for now, I suggest you set the “Auto” value for the “Thumbnails per slide on desktop” option here: https://prnt.sc/nfSsWv8dWkwF , then clear the cache and recheck the issue.
Kind Regards

fusion01wpParticipantThat worked well, thanks. I have just noticed however that all thumbs are not displaying when they are to appear below the main gallery image. I’ve checked the code, nothing is set via CSS to be hidden – can you please investigate why – this must be fixed ASAP:
.wd-carousel-container .wd-gallery-thumb { }

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
Please send some screenshots of that issue for a better understanding.

fusion01wpParticipantSo sorry, it’s a caching issue. If I force a reload then they appear. Litespeed or something else. Not your worry. Thank you.
