Make products in product grid same height automatically

Hi,
we have several products in our product grid in the archive that have different product image sizes. I would like to stretch the product in the grid in order to have the product title and the options on the same height in the grid. It should look more structured.
In the picture attached you can see that some products with shorter images have their title directly below the short picture. It should be on the same height as the highest picture in the line.

Your images differ in size considerably. You need to upload images of the same size.
