Greeting, I have an issue – I purchased your theme and am using it on another site which is the licensed site based on the client I have taken over who has your theme. But now on checkout when user completes and goes to payment gateway I get
Error: 400 Bad Request
Unfortunately we could not process your transaction.
return_url: The return url format is invalid.
I have reached out to pay fast as I was under the impression that this was there error – but its not. I have tried basic payment “direct payment transfer” and get same issue

Hello,
Please check how it works with the default WordPress theme and Woocommerce Storefront theme just to check whether the issue is with our theme or not. Also, please check the site with our theme but only with the theme default plugins activate, and deactivate all the 3rd party plugins from the site.
If it works fine with the default WordPress theme then provide the admin panel login details of the website to check it myself and help you out accordingly.

Update on error – still the same I disabled all plugin ran test and still same result. I have tried manual payment and pay fast – same result. I switched to basic them and still same result. I am really stuck here and dont know what to do.

You have checked with the default theme and the issue still remains. It means it is not our theme issue. Please contact with plugin support in this regard they will guide you better.
