When “Checkout fields manager” enabled, the website shows a “critical error”

When I enable “Checkout Field Manager” the website shows a “critical error” in both cart and checkout page.
Debug log attached
For some reason I cannot attach debug.log.
I have changed the file extension to “png”
Please change it to log or. open with text editor
Doesn’t work either for some reason

Please apply the 528355 patch in WoodMart -> Patcher and then recheck the issue.
