Hello, we noticed an instability on our website regarding product categories.
Today we have an integration between Woocommerce and Bling (a famous ERP in Brazil) and we create synchronizations to update products and their information. It always worked very well. However, 2 weeks ago we noticed that all the products were decategorized and today they are all in “no category”. Can you help us with some information about why this is happening?

    Thanks

    Hello,

Now I have checked your site and the product categories are showing. Check the settings and configurations for the integration between WooCommerce and Bling. Try to contact bling support in this regard they will guide you better.

If you have any questions feel free to contact us.

    Best Regards.

    Hello!

Yes, the categories are showing to be selected. But 2 weeks ago almost all the products were already categorized with their specific categories and sub-categories names. And now they have simply disappeared!

I have contacted Bling support again. They analyzed 2 (as a sample) of the 35 products that were categorized (and are no longer) and checked if there were any changes (log entries) in the last 90 days. Nothing, no changes.

All the products that I’m going to export from Bling I have to insert a category first, otherwise it won’t export. I have only created 1 category name on Bling. I checked these specific products (the same ones that were already categorized in Woocommerce before the bug) and they still contain the category whose name I created. In other words, the problem does not appear to have been with Bling.

And it is a very serious problem. Imagine if, for example, 2000 products lost categorizations in Woodmart/Woocommerce overnight?

How can we check the problem further? And if it have been a Woodmart bug?

    Thank you, Debora

    Hello,

Please make a full backup of your site and check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not?

    Best Regards.
